Zusammenfassung

Radiometer seeks an HR Site Lead, LER, for the Ängelholm site in Sweden. You will drive labor and employee relations, advise leaders on employment matters, and ensure compliance with Swedish labor law within a global HR framework.

Based onsite at Ängelholm, you will partner with the Senior Director, Labor and Employee Relations, and support a matrix organization with a strong “one HR” approach across the business.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English, written and spoken.
• 5+ years HR experience with a focus on labor and employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and collective bargaining frameworks.
• Proven experience in leading union negotiations and managing relationships with multiple unions.
• Excellent IT skills (Office Package, HR Systems, AI).

Aufgaben

• Act as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations cases.
• Lead and manage labor relations, including union negotiations and relationship management with unions.
• Maintain high standards of HR data accuracy and reporting, ensuring compliance with QMS and audit readiness.
• Provide compliance and reporting activities.
• Conduct onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Manage hosted associates.
• Drive HR projects that align with business objectives.
