Qualifications

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure, industrial IT, or IT operations.
• Hands-on experience with Citrix environments and Windows Server administration is required.
• Understanding of infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Experience from a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Experience managing improvements, implementations, or digitalization efforts.
• Fluent English and good Swedish communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Ensure stable, secure, and efficient IT operations that support daily factory activities.
• Serve as the primary local IS/IT contact, coordinating with global IT functions.
• Oversee digitalization and IT/OT initiatives for manufacturing systems and tools.
• Promote cybersecurity, risk management, and business continuity through awareness and improvements.
• Manage service-related issues and improvements to enhance operational stability and user experience.
