Job summary

Rydoo is seeking an experienced Onboarding Lead to drive onboarding strategy and scale our customer implementations for a global SaaS platform. You will lead the onboarding organization, partner with Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering, and own KPIs such as Time-to-Value and customer satisfaction.

Strong leadership and English fluency are essential, with Dutch/Norwegian a plus. You will manage demand against capacity, advance standard methodologies, and leverage Planhat for performance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required.
• Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years in Customer Onboarding/Success or related role, including 3 years in leadership.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, preferably Expense Management / Finance tech.
• Fluency in English; Dutch or Norwegian a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding strategy and operational performance for scalable implementations.
• Lead and develop the onboarding organization with a high-performing culture.
• Optimize onboarding experience to boost customer satisfaction and Time-to-Value.
• Define standards, methodologies, and documentation for consistency.
• Harmonize processes across business lines for scalable best practices.
• Own onboarding KPIs and outcomes; monitor in Planhat and drive improvements.
• Plan workforce, hiring, and capacity to scale onboarding with growth.
• Drive operational excellence using automation and AI where applicable.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Support, and Engineering.
• Act as executive escalation point for complex onboarding challenges.
• Deliver enablement and training for internal stakeholders.
• Champion customer advocacy and reflect needs in onboarding strategy.
• Lead organizational change to adopt new processes and tools.
• Adhere to Rydoo's Information Security Policy and training requirements.
