Job summary

Kaisa Technologies AB is hiring a Project Manager to own end-to-end onboarding of our enterprise customers, guiding technical and business teams from kickoff to go-live.

You'll coordinate across teams, translate requirements into actionable delivery plans, manage risks, and drive 8–12 week engagements while improving onboarding playbooks and templates. This role embraces flexible, remote-friendly working and customer-centric delivery.

Qualifications

• Project management experience in B2B SaaS, ideally with enterprise clients.
• Ability to discuss APIs, integrations and data flows with technical teams.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Track record of handling multiple projects amid ambiguity.
• Experience using generative AI / automation to speed up onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding delivery: turn customer requirements into a clear project plan and drive it to go-live.
• Manage risk actively: spot blockers and dependencies early; escalate when needed.
• Be the single point of coordination: customers and internal teams know what’s next.
• Build the playbook: turn onboarding learnings into templates and improvements.
• Support security & compliance documentation as needed during onboarding.
