• Strong communication and facilitation skills in Swedish and English.
• Continuous improvement mindset to identify development opportunities and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and support the continuous improvement of the new employee experience.
• Develop and maintain internal training processes and competency development structures.
• Coordinate training programs and collaborate with stakeholders across Sweden and globally to ensure relevant content.
• Create and maintain training materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources.
• Manage learning systems, training documentation, records, and competency data.
• Track training KPIs, identify improvement opportunities, and support continuous development of learning initiatives.
