Job summary

Hitachi Energy Sweden AB is seeking a Regional Power+ Program Coordinator to lead the Power+ Trainees program across Northern Europe, combining people leadership, program ownership, and cross-functional collaboration within a global, purpose-driven environment.

You will act as a trusted partner to the business, manage assignments, drive recruitment support, onboard and coach trainees, and ensure data-driven reporting while upholding global standards and local market needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• 3-5+ years of HR Program Management experience.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders across regions.
• Commitment to Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in practice.
• Ability to lead and develop trainees in a global program.

Responsibilities

• Lead the regional Power+ Program across Northern Europe.
• Coach Power+ Trainees as line manager and develop talent pipeline.
• Partner with leaders to identify meaningful assignments.
• Educate stakeholders on program structure and value proposition.
• Manage program budget and reporting with data integrity.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams.
