Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd in Sweden is seeking a Customer Training Manager to own and coordinate the customer training deliverable from tender to final project delivery. You will work with customers, project teams, technical experts, trainers and suppliers to plan, schedule and deliver training using classroom, virtual and e-learning methods, and to drive continuous improvement.

Permanent position based in Västerås or Ludvika, Sweden, with some domestic and international travel, in a global team

Qualifications

• Experience in managing projects, coordinating activities, or driving deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proactive and structured approach with ability to identify risks and drive progress.
• Digital skills and ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
• Customer-focused mindset with ability to build relationships across customers, suppliers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive the successful delivery of customer training throughout the HVDC project lifecycle.
• Transform customer requirements into structured training scope, plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate customers, project teams, technical experts, trainers, and suppliers to ensure effective and timely training delivery.
• Maintain visibility and control of training progress, risks, costs, commitments, and documentation.
• Apply and support classroom, virtual, and e-learning solutions to create effective learning experiences.
• Improve training processes, systems, and digital learning solutions.
