Job summary

NEWREST INFLIGHT SWEDEN AB, based at Arlanda, seeks an experienced HR leader to oversee labour relations, recruitment and compliance across Stockholm and Gothenburg.

You will report to the General Secretary of Scandinavia and manage a small HR team, with responsibility for payroll oversight and union negotiations under multiple collective agreements. On-site work is required five days a week.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a human resources role.
• Postgraduate qualification in HR or equivalent experience.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
• Strong experience in Employee/Industrial Relations.
• Knowledge of Swedish employment practices and collective agreements.

Responsibilities

• Supervises HR team in Sweden.
• Handle negotiations and work with unions.
• Handle relationships with authorities in Sweden.
• Oversee full HR cycle including recruitment and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Oversee payroll and HR reporting.
