Job summary

NCC Green Industry Transformation – Project in Gällivare seeks a Steel Site Manager to oversee on-site operations, drive schedule adherence, cost control, quality, and safety across a large beneficiation plant construction. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage planning and material flows, and report on finances and performance.

The role requires strong leadership, proven steel construction expertise, and excellent stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in construction, civil engineering, industrial, or large-scale infra projects.
• Proven experience leading site operations and construction teams.
• Strong expertise in steel structures and structural steel construction.

Responsibilities

• Lead and plan site production activities.
• Ensure delivery according to schedule, budget & quality requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Manage production planning, weekly work plans, and material delivery flows.
• Monitor project finances, forecasts and performance.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
