Job summary

CAIA Cosmetics, a Stockholm-based beauty brand, is seeking a Commercial Activation Specialist to translate commercial plans into activations across channels. You’ll own activations from brief to launch, including product launches, offers, sampling and gift-with-purchase, aligning E-commerce, Performance, CRM, Retail and Campaign.

You’ll work between Commercial and Campaign, coordinating with channel owners, the Head of Campaign and the Producer, and you’ll report to the Chief Commercial Officer.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in an omnichannel DTC business.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects from start to finish.
• Ability to drive work forward across departments without formal authority.
• Structured, proactive work style with ownership of timelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish.

Responsibilities

• Lead activation projects from brief to launch with owners, deliverables and deadlines.
• Coordinate across E-commerce, Performance, CRM, Retail and Campaign to ensure assets are ready on time.
• Identify dependencies and risks, keep stakeholders informed of progress and decisions.
• Plan promotions such as offers, sampling and gift-with-purchase to drive trial and repeat purchases.
• Review results after activations and translate learnings into better future plans.
