Job summary

NKT Offshore operates within its Marine Operations Department, seeking an Administrator & Storekeeper to support offshore cable installation projects and onboard inventory management. The role blends vessel administration with material availability, requiring close collaboration with offshore crews and onshore teams to ensure smooth operations and accurate documentation.

The position focuses on coordinating vessel administration, crew logistics, and stock control, reporting to the Offshore

Qualifications

• Preferably a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or similar
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or offshore operations
• Experience with inventory systems such as TM Master, SAP or Unisea
• Experience handling materials, tools, and consumables
• Proficiency in documentation, logistics coordination, and reporting

Responsibilities

• Manage vessel documentation, crew lists, and compliance paperwork
• Organize crew schedules, rotations, and onboarding processes
• Maintain stock records, inspect materials, and handle inventory systems
• Coordinate logistics, shipping documents, and equipment preparation
• Coordinate communication between vessel, agents, and onshore teams
