Job summary

NKT’s Marine Operations Department seeks an Offshore Construction Manager to lead offshore cable installation projects and coordinate vessel operations. You will supervise multi-disciplinary teams, ensure safe, timely execution, and maintain compliance with project specs and safety standards in a global context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, or similar.
• 10+ years’ experience in offshore construction or engineering roles.
• Experience with offshore cable installation, ROV, and marine operations.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, permit to work, and safety systems.
