Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company in Västerås, Sweden, seeks a Bid and Delivery Project Manager to combine project management with business development within the Nordic Reactor Services. You will report to the Manager Nordic Reactor Services Product & Project and visit suppliers and customers.

The role involves managing commercial delivery projects, supporting tenders, preparing proposals, and engaging with customers to advance sales, while collaborating with sales, fuel, and engineering teams

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated environments and delivery projects.
• Ability to discuss technical solutions with customers.
• Background in engineering coordination and project delivery.
• Knowledge of the nuclear industry is preferred.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial delivery projects across the Nordic region.
• Support business opportunities and tender processes.
• Prepare technical proposals and cost estimates.
• Follow up on opportunities and support the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with sales, fuel organization, and engineering teams.
• Engage directly with customers, including in-person meetings.
• Support development of equipment and modifications per customer needs.
• Oversee internal projects for methods and equipment development.
• Build knowledge and user experience of our equipment and maintenance.
