Job summary

Westinghouse is seeking a senior Field Engineer for the Nordic Reactor Services team based in Västerås, Sweden. You will lead technical scope in commercial nuclear projects, provide tender support, and ensure rigorous documentation and risk management across Europe, Asia, and the US.

The role reports to the Manager Nordic Reactor Services Product and Projects and requires a Master’s in a technical field, extensive CAD/PDM experience, and fluency in English and Swedish.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in development- and delivery projects in a regulated environment.
• Master's degree in a technical field.
• Experience in mechanical design using 3D CAD and PDM tools.
• Driver's license.
• Very good English and Swedish language skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical scope in commercial projects.
• Technical support for business opportunities and tenders.
• Technical documentation and document control.
• Risk- and requirement management.
• Manage internal projects for developing methods and equipment.
• Build knowledge of our equipment and how to use it.
• Support maintenance of existing equipment.
• Technical support at customer site or supplier.
