Telavox in Gothenburg is seeking a Support Agent – Team Lead to blend hands-on customer support with team leadership. You’ll handle your own Norwegian customer cases while guiding teammates to deliver fast, professional service from our Gothenburg office.

A strong focus on invoicing and customer satisfaction, plus collaboration with Finance, Engineering, and Customer Success, will be essential as you balance casework with leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in customer support, with a track record of handling inquiries.
• Experience coordinating or mentoring a team is a plus.
• Excellent communication in English and Norwegian.

Responsibilities

• Handle own customer cases from start to finish and support the team daily.
• Provide invoicing and finance-related assistance to customers.
• Escalate complex issues and share knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
