Responsibilities

• Supports regional/local change initiatives to drive employee adoption, utilization and desired business outcomes.
• Conduits change impact assessments and identifies key stakeholders
• Identifies change risks and resistance and prepares mitigation actions
• Creates and maintains change deliverables, including communication, business engagement, coaching, training, and resistance management plans
• Internal communication

Education

Bachelor's degree

Change management certification

Project management certification

Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt
