UST in Sweden is seeking an experienced Change Manager (Technical Projects) to lead end-to-end change initiatives across complex technology transformations. The role focuses on engaging stakeholders and ensuring smooth adoption of new tech within a contract environment.

Based in Sweden, you will drive change readiness, develop strategies, and collaborate with project teams to align business goals with technology changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Change Manager roles supporting technical transformation projects.
• Expertise in Change Management, Stakeholder Management, assessments, planning, and communication.
• Prosci certification (or equivalent) required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
• Experience with mergers or business integration is desirable.

We are looking for an experienced Change Manager with a strong track record of delivering successful change initiatives across complex technical environments. A skilled professional who can drive organizational change, engage stakeholders, and ensure seamless adoption of technology-driven transformations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute end-to end change management activities for technical transformation projects.
• Develop and implement change management strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct comprehensive change impact assessments and identify organizational risks.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
• Create and deliver clear technical and colleague communications to support change adoption.
• Partner with project teams to ensure strategic alignment between business goals and change initiatives.
• Develop colleague experience strategies that enhance engagement and support successful project outcomes.
• Monitor change readiness, adoption, and effectiveness throughout project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a practicing Change Manager supporting technical or technology transformation projects.
• Strong expertise in: Change Management, Stakeholder Management, Change Impact Assessments, Strategic Planning & Alignment, Technical and Business Communications, Project Management.
• Prosci Certification (or equivalent Change Management certification) is required.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or business integration projects is highly desirable.
