Job summary

Nordic Investin is recruiting a Change Project Manager to lead the people side of delivery as new processes roll out across multiple employee groups. You will connect stakeholder impact with the project plan and surface adoption risks early to address them.

You’ll work with senior leaders and frontline teams to build governance, readiness, and an actionable adoption rhythm that aligns with milestones, ensuring value creation after launch.

Qualifications

• Strong change management and project delivery experience.
• Ability to analyse stakeholder and role impacts.
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
• Experience working with senior leaders and frontline teams.
• Structured planning, risk and dependency management.
• Professional English; Swedish is useful for local implementation.

Responsibilities

• Assess stakeholder impact, readiness and adoption risk.
• Build an integrated change and engagement plan.
• Equip leaders and managers to communicate and act.
• Coordinate training, support and local change networks.
• Track adoption evidence and respond to resistance patterns.
• Ensure change activities align with technical and process milestones.
