Mediq Sverige AB in Sweden is seeking a Demand & Supply Manager Nordics to unify demand and supply across Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. You will own the Nordic S&OP cycle and lead a dispersed planning team to move from reactive expediting to proactive, data-driven decisions.

You will collaborate across sales, tender, sourcing, finance, and logistics to align plans, manage inventory health and working capital, and ensure availability while avoiding excess stock.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years in supply chain with focus on demand and supply planning or S&OP.
• Experience owning a full S&OP/IBP cycle and leading a planning team across countries.
• Strong knowledge of inventory, working capital and forecast quality.
• Hands-on with planning tools such as Slim4, o9, Kinaxis or SAP IBP; excellent Excel/BI skills.
• Professional English; Danish or Swedish preferred. A relevant degree; certifications are an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own one Nordic demand and supply plan and bring tender/contract signals into forecasts.
• Lead the full S&OP cycle with monthly decisions and clear ownership.
• Manage inventory health and working capital while avoiding excess stock.
• Lead and develop four planners and one analyst across Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
• Coordinate across sales, tender, sourcing, finance, warehouse and transport.
