Job summary

Mediq Sverige AB is seeking a Business (FP&A) Controller for Sweden to join the Nordic Finance team. You will oversee planning, reporting and forecasting to support performance and profitability across the Nordics, partnering with Finance, Commercial, Operations and Supply Chain.

The role requires strong analytical finance skills, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement mindset. Location is Kungsbacka, Sweden, with some Nordic travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years FP&A / Controlling experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI experience.
• Fluent English; Swedish/Norwegian language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting for the Nordic organisation.
• Deliver management reporting and performance insights to Nordics leadership and Mediq Group.
• Analyze performance, identify trends, risks and opportunities, and take corrective actions.
• Support liquidity management, scenario analysis, and business-case development.
• Act as a trusted finance partner to stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives, acquisitions/divestments, and process improvements.
• Drive automation initiatives to strengthen reporting capabilities.
