Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Senior S&OP Leader in Lund, Sweden, to oversee the full monthly S&OP cycle and drive cross-functional collaboration across Demand, Supply, Product, Finance, and Sales. You will prepare scenarios, present risks and opportunities, and ensure clear owners and timelines for decisions.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (or equivalent) in supply chain, engineering, economics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply chain operations.
• Experience in process development and change management, especially where processes are not yet established.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration across functions and levels.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead Executive S&OP meetings: prepare, facilitate, present scenarios, risks, and trade-offs for senior leadership decisions.
• Own the full monthly S&OP cycle: prepare, document, communicate outcomes, assign owners and timelines, follow up on actions.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Product Management, Finance, and Sales for aligned input.
• Advance S&OP process maturity by identifying bottlenecks, improving data quality, and establishing best practices.
• Continuously improve S&OP by engaging stakeholders and sharing best practices.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives including improved supply planning capabilities and new system tools.
