The Magnum Ice Cream Company is seeking a senior Nordic Demand Planning Manager to own end-to-end demand and supply planning across the Nordic markets. You will balance cash, cost and service while driving accurate forecasting and strong cross-functional alignment.

You will lead the S&OP/IBP process, improve forecast accuracy, and manage a planning ecosystem including outsourced teams and international stakeholders. A high‑impact, collaborative leader is needed for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5–8 years' experience in demand and/or supply planning, including people management.
• Experience in FMCG or fast-moving consumer environments is highly valued.
• Fluent English; Nordic language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with data-driven planning.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end demand and supply planning for the Nordic region.
• Drive accurate short-, mid-, and long-term forecasting using data and cross-functional inputs.
• Lead the S&OP/IBP process and improve forecast accuracy and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to optimize service levels.
• Coach and develop team members and influence a broader stakeholder network.
