Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales / Solutions Engineer or similar pre-sales role in cloud security.
• In-depth understanding of cloud computing and cybersecurity principles.
• Strong presentation and communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and with a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of Upwind's cloud security products and services.
• Collaborate with the sales team to tailor technical solutions to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance throughout the sales cycle from demos to close.
• Lead and manage POC engagements to demonstrate solution effectiveness.
• Act as liaison between sales and product teams, feeding insights from customer interactions.
