Job summary

PostNord Strålfors Group is seeking a Service Delivery Manager who thrives on strong customer relationships and reliable service delivery across the Nordics. You will be the primary contact for a portfolio of Nordic customers, translating their needs into concrete service actions and collaborating with Sales, IT and Production to add value and drive improvements.

Qualifications

Must have 2–3 years in service delivery or customer success.
Able to translate customer needs into concrete service actions.
Structured, proactive, and capable of coordinating multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

Own and coordinate operational service delivery for a portfolio of customers.
Ensure follow-up on SLAs, KPIs, quality and customer agreements.
Lead regular customer meetings and reporting.
Drive improvements, optimisation and increased customer value.
Collaborate with Sales on customer needs and opportunities.
Coordinate changes across Sales, IT, Development, Production and Nordic org.
Onboard new customers and services and ensure smooth operations.
Handle customer inquiries, service requests and incidents with clear communication.
