Job summary

TUI Group in the Nordics is looking for a Senior People Services Manager to lead HR Operations, Payroll and Advisory across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland within a global organisation. You will drive the Nordic People Services Hub and champion AI-driven, efficient HR delivery.

You will partner with business leaders, coach managers up to Band 4, and ensure compliant, high-quality service experiences for colleagues across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• HR Operations excellence and practical people support
• Experience in HR Advisory, HR Generalist or HRBP environments
• Experience supporting managers with employee relations, change, performance or talent decisions
• Experience across multiple countries with local employment practices
• Strong understanding of Payroll governance and service delivery
• Comfort with data, automation and AI in HR services

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of HR Operations, HR Advisory and Payroll across Sweden, Denmark, Norway and Finland
• Guide teams supporting managers and colleagues on employee relations, change, performance, talent and workforce planning
• Drive development of the Nordic People Services Hub and harmonisation of processes across countries
• Champion AI-first approach, automation and digital self-service while ensuring compliance
• Partner with business leaders, coaching managers up to Band 4 on people matters and ensuring commercial value
• Collaborate with global teams to share best practices and scale solutions
