Job summary

Randstad AB is partnering with Clariant to find a Sales Manager for Foundry & Specialties in the Nordic region. You will be responsible for maintaining and growing sales revenue, requiring a strong focus on customer solutions and teamwork across various functions.

The position promises great autonomy and involves around 70-80% travel. Ideal candidates should have a BTEC degree in Foundry or similar, plus 5 years of relevant experience. Fluent Swedish and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Foundry industry, ideally with green sand molding.
• Technical expertise in Foundry operations.
• Fluent in Swedish and minimum B2 level in English.
