Job summary

Cititec is seeking a Project Compliance Manager to own compliance on a major data center construction project in the Nordics, based in Sweden. You will establish and manage the project compliance framework, monitor Swedish regulations (PBL, PBF, Boverket, AFS), coordinate with project leadership and subcontractors, and drive corrective actions through mobilization, construction, commissioning and handover.

Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder-management skills are essential,

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in data center or large-scale technical construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish construction regulations (PBL, PBF, Boverket, AFS).
• Ability to coordinate with multiple groups and drive actions across teams.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and managing the project compliance framework from mobilization through construction, commissioning and handover.
• Monitoring Swedish regulations including PBL, PBF, Boverket, AFS.
• Coordinating with project leadership, engineering, quality, HSE, commercial and subcontractors to communicate obligations and drive corrective actions.
• Managing audits, permits, certificates, nonconformances and compliance documentation.
