Job summary

Global Taxation Services Nordic Sweden AB seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead a major substation construction project for a large-scale data centre in Sweden. You will oversee CSA and electrical work, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to quality standards.

With 10+ years in senior project management, you will manage client relationships, align multidisciplinary teams and mitigate risks while upholding health and safety requirements across the programme.

Qualifications

• Proven record leading delivery of substation or utility infrastructure projects.
• Strong Civil, Structural & Architectural (CSA) background with experience managing electrical packages.
• Experience delivering complex, large-scale construction projects from inception through completion.
• Excellent client-facing leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Experience on hyperscale data centre environments would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of the substation construction project from inception through to completion.
• Oversee CSA and electrical work packages with effective cross-discipline coordination.
• Act as the primary client interface, building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Manage contractors, consultants and project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
• Identify, manage and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, quality and commercial requirements.
• Provide regular progress reporting and clear communication with the client and project team.
