Do you want to lead an experienced project organization at the intersection of automation, Industry 4.0 and customer value? As Customer Projects Manager, you will combine people leadership, operational excellence and close collaboration with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to strengthen how we deliver projects across the Nordic region.

You will join the Nordic Management Team and report to the General Manager of Customer Center Nordics. The role offers broad exposure across the organization and a strong opportunity to influence our future way of working.

Your mission is to lead the Customer Project Organization and enable sustainable, profitable growth. You will support Sales during the pre-sales phase and ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently and with a strong focus on quality, delivery, cost and customer satisfaction. You will lead three direct-report Team Managers, each responsible for a separate hub, and provide direction for an organization of more than 25 Team Managers, Project Managers and Mechanical Designers. Through clear priorities, coaching and collaboration, you will strengthen key-account relationships, customer loyalty and our position as an innovation partner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach and develop Team Managers and project teams across multiple Nordic locations.
  • Set direction for the project organization and translate business priorities into clear objectives, performance measures and actions.
  • Standardize and continuously improve project management practices across the hubs, including resource and workload planning.
  • Own and develop the end-to-end project process, with focus on quality, cost, delivery, risk management and customer satisfaction.
  • Partner with Sales during pre-sales to strengthen project set-up, commercial quality and execution readiness.
  • Develop differentiated total solutions together with Sales, Service, customers, key suppliers, Product Companies and Application Centers.
  • Drive change, digitalization and data-driven decision-making to improve transparency, predictability and performance.
  • Collaborate across Motor Vehicle Industry (MVI), General Industry (GI), Service and other relevant functions and entities.
  • Contribute to the Customer Center Nordics Management Team, supporting General Industry (GI) and Motor Vehicle Industry (MVI).

While this role does not have direct P&L ownership, it is responsible for monitoring Business Line performance, providing financial insights, forecasts, and strategic recommendations, identifying deviations from targets, and driving corrective actions to achieve sustainable business improvements
