Job summary

IMI plc is seeking a Country Cluster HR Partner to support Sales offices in Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark. You will be the trusted advisor to business leaders across these countries, driving HR initiatives across talent acquisition, performance, development, engagement, HRIS and operational excellence.

You will partner closely with local leaders, delivering end-to-end HR support and collaborating with an international HR community and Group functions.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR, Psychology, Business or related field is preferred.
• HR experience in a multinational environment is required.
• Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement global HR strategies across multiple countries.
• Provide end-to-end HR support across the employee lifecycle.
