Job summary

IMI plc is seeking a Country Cluster HR Partner to advise business leaders across Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark, shaping talent strategies and HR operations. You will lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, HRIS, and development, while fostering inclusion and a data-driven culture.

Fluent English and Swedish are essential, with travel to regional offices as required. The role requires strong collaboration with an international HR community and Group

Qualifications

• Ideally a degree in HR, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Swedish employment law and familiarity with other employment laws.
• Experience as HR Manager or Senior HR Operations in a multinational environment.
• Ability to support multiple countries and navigate cultural, legal, and business differences.
• Experience Working With HRIS Systems (SuccessFactors Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deploy global HR strategies and processes across multiple countries.
• Advise local leaders on people-related decisions.
• Lead change management initiatives with effective communication.
• Oversee HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, payroll, HRIS, data integrity, and compliance.
• Drive performance management, employee engagement, and inclusion.
• Coordinate learning, talent management, and succession planning.
• Travel to regional Sales offices as required.
