Edelweiss Software Group, part of Valsoft Corporation, is seeking an ambitious leader to join its Nordic operations as a Business Transformation Manager. You will drive post-acquisition integration, harmonize processes, and push operational improvements across multiple software businesses.

The role offers a path to general management, exposure to product, sales, finance, and people functions, and a long-term growth trajectory backed by Valsoft's investment model.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in management or strategy consulting, private equity portfolio operations, transaction or integration services, business transformation, or operating roles in software/tech.
• Hands-on experience with M&A integration and post-acquisition transformation; carve-outs/multi-company integrations a plus.
• Strong financial acumen: read/interpret financial statements to drive decisions; familiarity with software metrics (ARR, churn, net retention, CAC/LTV).
• Commercial instinct across sales, pricing, and go-to-market, with cross-functional collaboration across product, operations, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead post-acquisition integration — 100-day plans, organizational alignment, and process harmonization.
• Drive operational efficiency — optimize workflows, structure, and systems to reduce costs and grow margins/revenue.
• Modernize systems — integrate ERP/CRM/billing and lead AI-driven automation to improve decisions.
• Lead change — secure buy-in, plan communications/training, and drive adoption of new ways of working.
