If Insurance is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join the Nordic Business Development team within Business Area Commercial. You will help shape the growth agenda for a Nordic country while driving Nordic initiatives across markets, collaborating with senior stakeholders to enable strategic priorities and sustainable value.

This role combines high-level thinking with practical execution in a fast-paced, customer-focused insurance environment.

Qualifikationen

• 2–3 years of work experience in management consulting or business development.
• Fluent in English and at least one Nordic language.
• Proactive, analytical mindset with structured problem-solving.

Aufgaben

• Act as a business development partner to one country management team.
• Lead Nordic strategic projects and deep dives into business topics.
• Conduct internal and external analyses to support decision making.
• Facilitate workshops and manage discussions on prioritized topics.
• Identify improvement areas and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate across Product, Underwriting, Sales, Digital & CRM, Claims and other units.
