You will unite Operational Development, Agile Center of Excellence and DevOps to enable scalable execution across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and develop the Digital Operating Model & Development Excellence team.
• Drive strategic development of If’s digital operating model aligned with business priorities.
• Define and drive change from incremental to major initiatives.
• Lead steering and governance processes for execution and progress tracking.
• Engage with stakeholders across Business Areas, IT and enabling functions.
• Develop agile ways of working and engineering excellence across tribes and squads.
