Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior General Foreman for a major infrastructure project in Cambridge. The role is predominantly night shifts with occasional day shifts, starting on a 3-month contract and eligible for extension to a 6-month rolling contract based on performance.

The candidate will lead site teams and subcontractors, manage safety and compliance, and ensure works are delivered efficiently and safely on site.

Competenze

• Proven experience as Senior General Foreman or General Foreman on civil infrastructure projects.
• Valid CSCS Black Card - essential.
• Experience leading site teams, subcontractors and multiple activities.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety, RAMS and safe systems of work.

Mansioni

• Lead and supervise day-to-day site activities, primarily night shifts.
• Manage site operatives, gangs and subcontractors to deliver works safely and to programme.
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials and equipment to maintain productivity.
• Ensure works follow drawings, RAMS and procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks and coordination meetings.
• Monitor progress and report delays to site management.
• Maintain site records and handover communications.
