Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Site Manager on major infrastructure or civil engineering projects.
• Background in rail, highways, bridges, tunnels, utilities, or transportation infrastructure.
• Strong subcontractor management and site coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction activities on site.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are delivered safely and on programme.
• Oversee site logistics, construction sequencing, and resource planning.
• Monitor progress, quality, and project milestones.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and project standards.
• Liaise with project management, engineering, and commercial teams.
• Produce site reports and attend coordination meetings.
• Support project completion and handover activities.
