Job summary

GH Engage is seeking an Electrical Site Supervisor to back up the Site Manager, organizing and coordinating site-based activities and leading electrical teams. You will track daily progress, ensure quality, safety and budget adherence while overcoming obstacles and building team capacity.

The role focuses on coordinating with planners, managing area set-up, power availability, and area cleanliness, ensuring IFC scope alignment and timely commissioning in a high-value engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Must interpret schematics and electrical drawings.
• Strong understanding of site activities, planning and coordination.
• Record of success as a Trade Leader.
• Familiarity with materials ordering and lead times.
• Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Understand IFC scope, notify variations to CM and complete take-offs for variations.
• Develop two week look ahead plans and coordinate with other trades.
• Ensure scope is construction complete for testing and commissioning; manage site setup and clean areas.
