We are currently looking for an experienced and service-oriented Night Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis. As the heart of the hotel during the evening and night hours, you will play a key role in ensuring our guests receive a professional, welcoming, and seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out of guests
• Handling bookings and reservations
• Responding to telephone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
• Cash handling and administrative duties
• Night audits and reporting
• Ensuring order, safety, and a pleasant environment throughout the hotel during the night
• Preparing the hotel for the following business day
• Assisting guests with requests and resolving issues as they arise

Who We Are Looking For

• Previous experience in the hotel industry, preferably in a front desk or reception role
• Service-minded, responsible, and professional
• Able to work independently and make decisions when required
• Strong administrative and computer skills
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
• Flexible and comfortable working night shifts
