Job description

The role

As a Nanofabrication Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing fabrication processes for next-generation quantum hardware. Your primary focus will be hands‑on nanofabrication and process development in advanced cleanroom environments, taking processes from concept through implementation and continuous improvement.

In addition, you will contribute to device design, characterization, experimentation, and data analysis. While you will work with technologies that enable quantum computing, prior experience in quantum technologies is not required.

Your work will include:

  • Nanofabrication in cleanroom facilities
  • Process development and optimization
  • Device modelling and design
  • Characterization and measurement of fabricated devices
  • Data analysis and troubleshooting
  • Collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Planning and executing experiments

You will have significant ownership of your work and the opportunity to influence both technical direction and process development.

Requirements
