Job summary

Zaver, a Swedish fintech startup, is seeking an organized Office Manager and Customer Support enthusiast to be the first point of contact for customers. You will handle inquiries via phone, chat, and email, while maintaining a well-structured workspace and contributing to customer satisfaction.

You’ll analyze transactions to proactively assist customers and share insights with the product team to drive better experiences.

Qualifications

• You must be fluent in English, Norwegian and Swedish (written and spoken).
• Background in customer service or administrative work, ideally with phone and email communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming cases to our customer support via phone, chat, and email
• Office Manager responsibilities, ensuring a well-organized workspace
• Proactively help customers by analyzing customer transactions
• Be the voice of the customer; bring real customer insights to the product development team
• Make our customers our super-ambassadors
• Make a real impact by challenging the status quo
