We are looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team and support the maintenance and operation of building systems within a dynamic client environment.

The Role

In this role, you will contribute to day-to-day operations and service delivery within your assigned area or site. Responsibilities include:

  • Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential issues, and carry out repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
  • Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
  • Review assigned work orders, estimate required time and materials, and track completion using available systems.
  • Support energy management initiatives by ensuring building systems operate efficiently.
  • Inspect installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations and report any violations to Management.
  • Follow established procedures to resolve routine technical issues and deliver work according to defined processes and standards.
Who You Are

We believe you have:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1–2 years of relevant experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role, including standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, stooping, and lifting/carrying heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Ability to follow established work routines and standards.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to exchange straightforward information effectively.
