Job summary

Instabee Group is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on, strategic and data-driven Commercial Business Development Manager to join our Swedish Commercial team. You’ll strengthen our commercial offering to merchants, shaping the future of e-commerce delivery and reporting to the Commercial Director, Sweden.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in growth, commercial roles, management consulting or operational excellence.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional projects.
• Demonstrated leadership potential with experience leading people, projects or initiatives.
• Commercial mindset and interest in logistics and customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyse and drive improvements in commercial processes.
• Drive process optimization with the commercial tech team.
• Identify opportunities to improve merchant setup and experience.
• Analyse data to monitor commercial and operational performance.
• Define reporting, dashboards and KPIs with the controlling team.
• Address bottlenecks and translate insights into action.
• Reduce administrative tasks to focus on merchant impact.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Product, Tech and Operations.
