Job summary

Collen Aktiebolag is seeking an experienced MEPF Project Manager to lead on client data centre builds in Sweden. The role focuses on coordinating MEPF and GC teams, reviewing IFC designs, and maintaining schedule integrity.

You will supervise safety, quality, and commissioning readiness, drive lean planning sessions, and ensure alignment with client requirements, authorities, and contractors.

Qualifications

• A third level qualification in a related field.
• 5 years post qualification experience in a similar role.
• Ability to influence safety culture onsite by demonstrating commitment and communicating safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide MEPF support to Clients CM team, GC team and MEPF subcontractors on data centre builds.
• Review IFC design issues and propose local alternatives with better lead times.
• Track MEPF shop drawings, RFIs and technical submittals through the approval process.
• Coordinate MEPF works sequence on behalf of the GC and align with project schedule.
• Lead Lean Last Planning sessions and oversee safety, quality, and commissioning readiness.
