Job summary

Collen AB is seeking an experienced MEPF Project Manager to lead the coordination of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection activities on a data centre build. You will interface with GC teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with design, schedule, and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to risk management and quality control, with a focus on delivering projects safely and on time.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification is required.
• Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Foster a team approach to delivering projects with your team.
• Review IFC design for issues and local alternatives with better lead times.
• Coordinate MEPF works and provide technical support on MEPF systems.
• Track MEPF shop drawings, RFIs and submittals through the approval process.
• Lead Lean Last Planning Sessions and assist planning to define equipment delivery dates.
• Coordinate with Cx teams for L4-L5 commissioning and ensure safe handover.
