Qualifications
- Extensive experience in leading multidisciplinary MEP teams.
- Proven track record in integrated MEP systems for large-scale Data Centre projects.
- Experience in scheduling and sequencing complex construction works.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor Mechanical and Electrical Engineers.
- Implement design changes for cost efficiency and quality.
- Monitor construction activities for quality and adherence to specs.
- Ensure financial objectives are met.
- Liaise with Contracts Manager and site engineers.
- Verify understanding of drawings and specs.
- Establish project resource requirements.
- Champion HSE standards across the site.
