Job summary

Collen is seeking an experienced MEPF project management professional to provide comprehensive MEPF support for data centre builds. You will interface with GC, Client CM teams and MEPF subcontractors to ensure design alignment, schedule adherence and compliant installation practices.

The role emphasizes safety leadership, quality control, and proactive communication across the project team, with opportunities to influence safety culture on site.

Qualifications

• Third level qualification in a related field.
• 5 years post qualification experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Provide MEPF support to Clients CM team, GC team and MEPF subcontractors on client data centre builds.
• Lead Lean Last Planning Session and coordinate schedule with planning department.
• Track and monitor MEPF shop drawings, RFIs and technical submittals through the approval process.
• Coordinate sequence of MEPF works on behalf of the GC and ensure alignment with the Client's expectations.
• Review design changes and deviations, assess impact on MEPF works and schedule.
• Ensure safety, quality and professionalism; lead by example on site.
