You have education and/or experience in Visual Merchandising, as well as leadership experience within retail.

Team vision and mission (text) - en_UK / en_INTERNATIONAL You will be part of the Communication & Interior Design function, where co-workers within Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Graphic Communication, and Carpentry work closely together to create inspiring customer experiences.
You will lead a team of approximately 10 Visual Merchandisers who report directly to you. You will be expected to coach and develop them in line with IKEA's People Idea and values.
This is a full‑time fixed‑term position for 8 months, based in Barkarby, Stockholm, with a preferred start date as soon as possible, according to agreement. The position involves daytime work on weekdays.
