We are now looking for a passionate and driven Meeting & Event Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

As a Meeting & Event Supervisor, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our conference and event spaces. You lead by example on the floor, inspire your team, and ensure every meeting, conference, and event exceeds our guests’ expectations.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. With a natural eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a genuine passion for hospitality, you create seamless experiences from planning to execution.

You will work closely with colleagues across the hotel and act as an important link between our guests, operational teams, and the Meeting & Events department.

What You'll Do

• Lead and coordinate the daily operations within Meeting & Events.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure the highest service standards.
• Train, coach, and support new team members and trainees.
• Take operational responsibility during conferences, meetings, and events.
• Ensure departmental procedures and routines are followed and continuously improved.
• Maintain and quality‑assure conference and event facilities.
• Stay updated on current and upcoming conference groups and event bookings.
• Handle conference reservations and related administrative tasks.
• Drive upselling initiatives and contribute to departmental goals and performance.
• Collaborate closely with all hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and fire procedures.

Who You Are

• Experience from hotels, events, conferences, restaurants, or hospitality operations.
• Confident and inspiring leader who enjoys developing others.
• Passionate about service and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
• Flexible and comfortable working evenings and weekends when required.
