Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to install hardware for automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities across the United States. The role offers growth opportunities within a leading medical device company and requires 100% travel with open availability Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities include assembling, testing, and configuring hardware/software, reviewing schematics, and ensuring quality compliance.

Qualifications

Upper Secondary Education or higher is required.
English and Swedish spoken language are required.
Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience is required.
Professional business acumen and communication skills are required.
Must be comfortable with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems.

Responsibilities

Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; installing and configuring hardware, software and medical devices.
Review of schematics/drawings, documentation, and logistics to support installation activities.
Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration.
Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements.
Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs.
Training for this role will be provided and is paid.
