Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a field service engineer/technician to install and configure automated medication dispensing systems in healthcare facilities. You will travel locally, regionally, and nationally with 100% travel; schedule is assignment-based with flexible hours.

The role requires 1+ year electronics/hardware experience, strong communication, and ability to obtain hospital credentials. Training is provided and paid.

Qualifications

• Upper secondary education or higher required
• English and Swedish spoken language required
• Minimum 1 year related electronics, hardware, software or mechanical experience
• Comfort with basic software programs and Microsoft operating systems
• Ability to work with design engineers, project managers & healthcare personnel
• Must clear hospital vendor credentialing, vaccination proof required

Responsibilities

• Organizing, testing, and assembling automated medication dispensing systems; installing and configuring hardware, software and medical devices
• Review schematics, drawings, and logistics to support installation activities
• Conduct routine checks and record data from product tests after installation and configuration
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with quality compliance requirements
• Partner with a team of support staff, manage project timelines and customer needs
• Training for this role will be provided and is paid
